Krystle Simms, RMT
Krystle Simms is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists in Ontario. She also completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training, allowing her to incorporate thorough remedial exercise programs for her clients.
Krystle has always been a massage therapist at heart. During school she could be found massaging her teammates on the rugby pitch after they sustained an injury. It was here that a coach suggested she pursue formal education in massage therapy. She graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College Massage Therapy program in 2011.
Krystle challenges herself to actively keep learning and currently offers a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. Her goals as a massage therapist are to help those recovering from injury, decrease pain and discomfort, and increase a sense of relaxation. She is passionate about assisting her clients to mentally unwind, as well as to physically improve their musculoskeletal mechanics.
Combining Krystle’s experience with bio-mechanics and her own personal outlook on mobility and movement, she has a keen interest in working with athletes/active individuals. She assists them to target areas they may be tight/restricted, releases the associated muscles and overall improves their range of motion and performance. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, she can work with your body to get you feeling your best.
Her current continuing education includes: 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Vacuum Cupping, Self-Myofascial Release (the Roll Model Method), and Thai Yoga Massage
