Any time is the right time for moving!
It’s easy to fall into being “too busy” to exercise. When work/life/kids/chores/etc steal your day away, and exercise isn’t a solid part of your routine, all of a sudden you just stop moving.
Sometimes we get lucky and get invited out for an afternoon on the water- in what we think are the best kind of boats- the non motorized kind.
Sure, pop culture makes it seem so luxurious to be on a yacht popping bottles of Chandon. But we’d personally much rather work up a sweat and get those muscles moving so we can enjoy our spiked beverages (almost) guilt free.
This is why we both consistently treat the anterior shoulder and chest - if your therapist doesn’t release the tight muscles that are pulling your shoulders forward, how will you ever resolve the chronic pain in the back of your shoulder and neck?

For us, fitness is far from being skinny and thigh gaps and washboard abs.. we believe being ‘fit’ means being able to carry out daily activities of living with ease and hopefully some grace.
You probably can’t tell from the picture, but the hydraulic massage table we’re carrying is heavy as heck: +150 lbs.
